GIGTANK Demo Day 2015 Chattanooga Tennessee

Chattanooga’s GIGTANK Demo Day is set for Tuesday, July 28, 2015.

Registration is free and you can find out more and get your event ticket here.

In episode 5 of the Ignite Alabama podcast I spoke with Robbie Hillis of The Ark Labs, one of the Alabama companies selected to be part of the GIGTANK’s Accelerator Program in summer 2015.

Other Alabama startups in the GIGTANK Accelerator Program for 2015 are:

BDI Labs in Huntsville: Which is developing a product called the MediaBit to track TV viewing activities.

Branch Technologies: Started in Montgomery, but has since relocated to Chattanooga. 3D printing for the construction industry.

A complete list of the GIGTANK 2015 Startups is available here.

This year’s GIGTANK DemoDay keynote speaker is Robert Tercek. Robert’s work focuses on innovative and disruptive uses of digital and interactive technology in entertainment media.

If you can’t make this year’s Demo Day, here are videos from three TEDx talks by Robert Tercek. I’m planning to attend and will be providing an update after the DemoDay event so check back later for that recap post and/or podcast episode.
